1. What BetMiner is

BetMiner is a cloud solo-mining service. A user buys a package: coin, price in USD and duration. With that money the service rents computing power (hashrate) on the MiningRigRentals marketplace for the package duration and points it at a solo pool on the user's behalf. The reward for a found block, after conversion, is credited to the user.

Team packages and instant rounds are the same hashrate rentals arranged differently: a team buys one package in shares, instant splits a standing rental of a coin into short rounds. Hashrate is not fixed in a package and is not shown in the storefront: it follows from the package price and the current rental market.

2. What you buy — and what you do not

You buy a service: hashrate rental for a fixed time, pointing it at a pool and monitoring the result. It is not an investment, not a security, not a deposit and not a financial instrument. The service does not promise income and does not manage your funds to grow them.

Finding a block is a probabilistic event. The odds shown in the storefront (“1 in N”) are an estimate based on the rented hashrate and the network difficulty at purchase time; they do not guarantee a result. Most sessions end without a block — this is the expected outcome, not a failure.

3. Account and age

The service is available only to persons over 18. By registering via Telegram, e-mail or a social account you confirm your age and provide accurate data. One person — one account.

The service is not provided to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or require a licence the service does not hold. The list of restricted countries is published on this page and may be extended. The service may restrict or close an account for breach of these terms, multiple accounts, bonus abuse or suspected fraud.

4. Prices, payment and balance

Package prices are in USD. Payment is made from the internal balance (GRAM/TON) at the rate at the time of the operation, or by a direct crypto payment bypassing the balance. The internal balance is not a deposit and earns no interest.

The service withholds a fee from the block reward in the amount shown in the dashboard at the time of the operation, and does not control blockchain network fees or exchange fees during conversion. Exchange rates come from public sources and may change between display and execution.

5. Session start and refunds

After payment the session is queued for rental. The rental is arranged on the marketplace within a reasonable time; if hashrate could not be rented within the set period, the payment is refunded to the balance automatically and in full. This is the only refund case.

Once the rental is arranged and the session has started, no refund is possible — the hashrate has already been paid to the provider and is running. In team packages the shares are refunded automatically if the team did not collect the price by the deadline or the rental for a filled team could not be arranged; leaving a team before it starts at your own request is not possible.

6. Rewards and payouts

A found block is confirmed by the pool and the network. The reward is converted on an exchange at the market rate, the service fee is withheld, and the remainder is credited to the user's balance. The amount shown before conversion is an estimate; the actual conversion result is credited.

Payouts are made to the address specified by the user in the supported networks (USDT on TON and TRON, GRAM/TON), subject to the minimum amount and network fees. The service may delay a payout for review where fraud is suspected or where required by law.

7. Team packages and instant rounds

In a team, the block found by the session goes to one member chosen at random with a weight equal to their share of the package payment. In an instant round the block goes to one of the round's participants with equal odds. The draw protocol is stored and can be provided on request.

The round odds in instant are one for the whole round and are shared between its participants. The number of participants may change until the round ends.

8. Prohibited conduct

Prohibited: multiple accounts and limit evasion, automating purchases or bonuses with bots, using the service for money laundering, attempts to interfere with the website, the API or the draw, providing someone else's or false data.

In case of breach the service may cancel bonuses, block the account and withhold disputed amounts until the circumstances are clarified.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. It depends on third parties — the MiningRigRentals marketplace, pools, exchanges, blockchain networks, Telegram — and is not responsible for their outages, delays, rule changes or shutdown. The service's liability to the user is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

The service is not liable for lost profit, for income expectations, for the user's decisions made on the basis of storefront figures, or for the consequences of the user breaching the laws of their jurisdiction, including tax obligations.

10. Changes and contact

The terms may change; a new revision is published on this page with its date. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the new revision.
