1. What data we process

Account identifiers: Telegram ID, username and language from Telegram; e-mail and password hash when registering on the website; social account identifier when signing in via OAuth.

Payment data: wallet addresses you specify for payouts, addresses and transaction hashes of deposits and direct payments, operation and balance history. Technical data: IP address, device identifier, browser type, request times.

2. Why

To run the account and balance, accept payments and make payouts, show history, send notifications about blocks and sessions (Telegram and e-mail — per your settings), calculate the referral programme and bonuses.

To protect the service: rate-limit requests, detect multiple accounts and bonus abuse, investigate incidents, comply with legal requirements.

3. Who we share with

Infrastructure and service providers without which the service does not work: hosting and database, the hashrate rental marketplace, exchanges for reward conversion, payment and swap providers, Telegram (notifications and sign-in). They receive only the data needed for their part of the work.

Blockchain transactions are public by the nature of the network: addresses and amounts are visible to everyone. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertising networks.

4. How long we keep it

Account data — while the account exists. Records of operations, payments and payouts — as long as required for accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements, including after account deletion.

Database backups are kept for a limited period and deleted by rotation.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website stores the selected language in a cookie and, in the browser's local storage, the session token, device identifier and minor interface settings. This is necessary for operation, not for advertising.

The service does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics that build a user profile.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, disable notifications in settings, delete the account. Records of financial operations are kept after deletion to the extent required by law.

7. Security

The connection is protected by TLS; passwords are stored as hashes; data is accessible only to staff who need it; administrative access is protected by a second factor; wallet signing keys are kept in an isolated service.

No protection is absolute. In case of a breach affecting your data we will notify you by an available channel.

8. Children

The service is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If you know of such an account, report it to support@betminer.win — it will be closed.

9. Changes

The policy may change; the revision date is shown at the top of the page.

We will announce material changes in the dashboard or by notification.
